We have a sophisticated logging system to record all rentals and log any comments from the user etc. At the end of a rental it is logged in, checked and our in house team of backroom technicians go to work to test and make any required adjustments or repairs to the equipment to ensure that everything that leaves our warehouse is as good condition as is humanly possible.
